⦁ Difficulty focusing, starting or finishing tasks
⦁ Avoiding situations or putting off doing things you are worried about
⦁ An increase or decrease in your appetite or craving junk food
⦁ Loss of interest in sex and/or intimacy
⦁ Physical symptoms can include: shortness of breath, trembling, sweating,
dizziness, exhaustion, teeth grinding, muscle tension or twitches, a flare up
of other conditions such as asthma, dermatitis etc.
