About Life Giving Therapy

Hi my name is Jennifer. I am a fully accredited member of Addiction Counsellors Ireland (ACI) and I am member of the Kleinian Association of Ireland, a community of psychotherapists committed to the study, understanding and clinical development of Melanie Klein’s psychoanalytic theories and concepts. I am Registered in test use with the British Psychological Society (BPS) for psychometric Test Use: Occupational, Ability.

Starting with a desire to comprehend the intricacies of the human experience, I embarked on a path that led me to become a psychotherapist. I first completed undergraduate studies in Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2009, before achieving a first class honours in a post-graduate diploma in Adult Career Guidance Counselling from Maynooth University. With more than two decades spent working in my local area and collaborating with professionals across Europe, I have honed my expertise and developed valuable hands-on experience working with individuals from various backgrounds, challenges, and age groups.
